The Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, in close cooperation with the Luxembourg Embassy in Copenhagen and Luxinnovation, will organize an Accompanied Visit to Slush Helsinki from the 20th to the 22nd of November 2019.
In the past five years, Slush has grown into the largest single gathering of venture capital in the world. In 2018, over 1,800 investors joined Slush, representing over 200 billion dollars in assets under management. This year, Slush Helsinki is expecting more than 25 000 attendees, 4 000 startups and scaleups, 700 tech journalists, as well as 2000 investors from over 130 countries.
Slush Helsinki, described by the Wall Street Journal as “a laboratory for new ideas” and by CNN as “the embodiment of Europe 2020”, combines exhibition, conferences, networking events and a matchmaking tool. The participants represent a wide range of companies from the Fortune 500 list as well as renowned high-tech companies and start-ups from all over the world. You can find out more about Slush Helsinki on the fair’s dedicated website.
On this occasion, the Chamber of Commerce will organize an Accompanied Visit to this year’s edition of Slush Helsinki. The participation to this visit is open to any member company of the Chamber of Commerce. By participating in this Accompanied Visit, the Chamber of Commerce offers you a package that includes an entry ticket to the event, a negotiated hotel rate and group transportations in Helsinki.
In addition, we are also pleased to inform you that all the Luxembourg companies attending Slush will be invited to an official networking event organized in close cooperation with the Luxembourg Embassy in Copenhagen. This official networking event will be held on Thursday evening, 21st of November, in the presence of H.E.M. Janine Finck, Ambassador of the Grand Duchy.
Regarding this official networking event, the Luxembourg participants will also have the possibility to invite their high-level contacts and prospects.
If you wish to see the next big ideas in forefront technologies, feel the buzz of the next generation of company-builders gathered in Helsinki and meet the right people through the fair’s matchmaking tool, we kindly invite you to express your interest by completing the online registration form before November 4th, 2019.
There are only a limited number of entry tickets negotiated so the “first come, first served” rule will be applied. Please also note that the detailed program will follow.
