82개국에서 온 2,900명 이상의 직원이 근무하고 있는 룩셈부르크 최대 서비스 전문 회사인 PwC 룩셈부르크의 대표 존 파크하우스씨는 1990년대에 룩셈부르크에 왔다. 25년 전, 룩셈부르크는 경제 변화 과정의 정점에 있었으며, 존 파크하우스씨는 룩셈부르크가 매우 현대적이고 역동적인 국가로 발전하며 살기 좋은 곳으로 성장한 과정을 몸소 지켜봤다.

Living in Luxembourg: since 1994
Over 25 ago, Luxembourg was on the cusp of an economic transformation process. “Since that time, we have seen Luxembourg propel into a very modern and dynamic country. It has evolved into a fantastic place to live,” says John Parkhouse.
Today, the economy is thriving. “There is huge growth and dynamism in areas such as healthcare, digital, fintech and smart factories as well as the space sector. A great number of companies have come to Luxembourg with the view to expanding their operations into space.”
Dynamic, energetic, very young, but most of all multicultural. Luxembourg is a country which really welcomes foreigners.
According to Mr Parkhouse, the country is full of assets. “Nobody grows up dreaming of coming to and living in Luxembourg. But when you experience it, it is an amazing place to live, work and raise a family. Dynamic, energetic, very young, but most of all multicultural.
