다보스 세계 경제 포럼에서 발표한 2018년 포용적 개발 지수(IDI, Inclusive Development Index)에서 룩셈부르크가 세계에서 가장 포용적인 국가 중 하나로 선정되었다.
세계 경제 포럼(World Economic Forum)은 국민의 생활 수준과 경제의 미래 대비 수준에 초점을 맞추어 GDP를 대신할 새로운 국가 경제 성과 지표를 개발하였다. 이 지표는 103개 국가를 대상으로 성장, 평등, 지속 가능성 측면에서 종합적 성과 등급을 매긴다. 룩셈부르크는 세계에서 가장 포용적인 선진국 경제 3위에 올랐다.
