룩셈부르크, 이노베이션 효율성 전세계 2번째로 높아
세계지식재산권기구(World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO)가 발표하는 ‘글로벌혁신지수(Global Innovation Index)’는 전세계 126개국의 경제 혁신 성과에 대한 평가 지수이다. 글로벌 혁신지수에서는 80개에 달하는 지표들을 통해 각국의 기술, 지식, 창의성 등 종합적인 역랑을 평가한다.
2018년도 버전 평가에서 룩셈부르크는 창의적 산출물(Creative Output) 부문 전세계 2위에 올랐다. 룩셈부르크의 무형 자산(Intangible assets) 부문은 3위, 온라인 창의성(Online Creativity) 부문 5위에 올랐다. 또한 ICT & 비즈니스 모델 생성 부문 5위, 일반 최상위 도메인(TLD) 부문 4위에 오르며, 문화 창조 서비스 수출 및 국가 업적에서 강세를 보였다.
The Global Innovation Index 2018 provides detailed metrics about the innovation performance of 126 countries and economies around the world. Its 80 indicators explore a broad vision of innovation, including political environment, education, infrastructure and business sophistication.
Luxembourg achieves remarkable results in Creative Outputs, which positions 2nd in the world and is highlighted as a strength. Two of its three components are also marked as strong: Intangible assets (3rd) and Online creativity (5th). At the indicator level, the country performs strongly in ICTs & business model creation (5th), Generic top-level domains (TLDs) (4th), as well as Cultural & creative services exports and National feature films – both taking the top spot in the world.
